Brazilian and Argentina players are welcome at our Fourth Annual Baseball International Spring Training Goodwill Tournament (from January 20th to 23rd., 2005).
In 2005 we'll be playing at the Texas Rangers former major league spring training complex in Fort Charlotte, Florida. Opened in 1987 as the spring training home of the Rangers, Ivan Rodriguez, Kevin Brown, Juan Gonzalez, Ruben Sierra and other Texas stars played here until the Rangers
left for Arizona in 2003.
Located about 30 minutes
from Fort Myers Airport, the Port Charlotte Stadium Complex has
some of the finest and well maintained fields in all of Florida. As
in the past, we will be playing
each day in the main stadium and adjacent fields leading up to the championship
game on Sunday morning. Each team will play 7 games and the lunches included
(from January 20th., up to 23rd.,) will be served in the major league dinner
area.
The regular registration fee for individual players at the 4th Annual Baseball International Spring Training Tournament is U$S 395, but I can register Brazil and Argentina players who are interested for U$S 195 per player for any players signing up before November 30th.
Players are
welcome as individuals or as a team. Please pass this information to your
interested players.
